even if it takes a while longer than usual to get an answer
But because of the current boom we are receiving three times as many emails and calls than last year - so you’ve been having to wait longer for a response. Our telephone availablity is therefore sometimes limited.
We therefore kindly ask you for a bit of patience if the answering of your e-mail may take longer than usual. We can still be contacted by phone but, here too, the waiting times in the queue may be rather long in some cases.
